Dear Sir/Madam, I am a Ukrainian citizen and I am planning to visit the Philippines from November 13 to November 25, 2026. I would like to apply for a visa for this trip and would appreciate your advice regarding the timing of the application. Could you please let me know whether I can apply for the visa now and indicate my planned travel dates (November 13–25, 2026), or should I submit my application closer to the trip, for example in mid-October? If I can apply now, would it be possible for the visa to be issued/stamped in my passport with validity covering the exact dates of my planned stay? Thank you in advance for your assistance. I would also appreciate any information regarding the required documents and application procedure for Ukrainian citizens.
