Begin your Philippines eVisa application and proceed through each stage.

The steps below show the exact order, from registration to tracking your submitted application.

1. Register Your Account on the eVisa Portal

Start by creating your account on the Philippines eVisa portal before moving to the main application form.

Enter your basic information, such as name, email address, contact number, nationality, and expected arrival, then complete the required security verification.

2. Complete the Application Form

After registering, fill in the application form using the exact details shown on your passport.

This includes your full name, passport number, expiry date, nationality, and occupation, as well as selecting the appropriate visa type and validity based on your travel plans.

This step records your personal and passport information for processing, so make sure all details are correct before moving forward.

3. Add Applicants and Select Processing Time

At this stage, you can add more travellers to the same application using the “+ Add Applicant” option, allowing group or family applications to be managed together.

You can also choose a processing time based on how soon you need your eVisa, with options such as Normal, Rush, or Super Rush.

Before moving ahead, review the Philippines eVisa fee for your selected processing option to confirm the total amount payable for your application.

4. Review Your Details

Before moving ahead, you will see a full summary of all the details you have entered. Check everything carefully and ensure the information you provide is accurate. If you find any mistakes, you can fix them at this stage (except your nationality & selected visa type).

Once everything is correct, you can continue to upload your documents.

5. Upload the Required Documents

After reviewing your details, you will need to upload the required documents based on your selected visa type and your nationality.

6. Make the Payment

After uploading your documents, you will be taken to the payment page, where your temporary order ID is displayed. Here, you can review your application details, including your name and arrival date, along with the total amount and a clear breakdown of the visa cost, service fee, and selected processing speed.

Once everything looks correct, complete the payment using your preferred method.

Note: Your application will be processed only after the payment is successfully confirmed.

7. Submit and Track Your Application

After completing the payment, your eVisa application is submitted and moves into processing. You will receive updates to your registered email to stay informed about your application status.
